Robert Brunt
After finishing a degree in Mathematics, I began working within Financial Services in 2013, joining the family business whilst it was still in its infancy. I have since gone on to become a Chartered Financial Planner, whereby I have satisfied rigorous criteria relating to professional qualifications and ethical good practice. As a client, this means you can be confident that you are dealing with one of the UK’s leading advisers, who is wholly committed to providing you with the best possible advice, service and support.
I divide my time between servicing clients’ needs and providing educational talks to the public and professionals on financial planning. I have an in-depth knowledge of corporate pension funds as well as the armed forces to whom I regularly provide these talks. My principal focus is providing intergenerational financial advice to help clients’ wealth grow unfettered by unnecessary taxation or other burdens as well as specialist knowledge in pensions.
I build long-standing personal relationships with high net worth individuals. To work with people closely and be invited into the inner workings of their lives and finances is a huge privilege and to know that the help I can give can make life-changing differences is something I take immense pride in.
The value of an investment with St. James's Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds you select and the value can therefore go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invested.

Away from work I like to remain active and enjoy both motor and water sports as well as playing football and golf, whenever my schedule allows.
Financial Education Talks
I believe that financial literacy is one of the most important things someone can learn. Helping people through giving financial education talks enables me to empower them to take control of their finances. Understanding their finances puts them not only in a much stronger position but also provides peace of mind on one of life's most stressful topics.
I have away been impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service.
Robert was professional, knowledgeable and patient, as well as friendly and extremely clear and concise in his message.
I have to admit that this is the first time I have felt so invested in a conversation about my pension and I feel this is entirely due to Robert’s abilities to quickly assess my situation and my potential needs.
Robert quickly established a trust relationship which lead me to feel comfortable, well informed and curious to discuss further different options, as I felt Robert would clearly have my best interest at heart.
