Client Journey

01
Find the right adviser for you.

Fairer financial advice is about building a relationship between yourself and your adviser. Every adviser will approach your needs differently, but as we look to support you for the long term, it’s important that you feel at ease with your adviser from the very first meeting. We want you to feel comfortable to reach out to us about anything, whenever you need to. We have a team of talented and professional advisers and we're confident we'll find the right one for you.

02
Discovery meeting.

This is where you get to see how we work and where we can discuss your plans and goals for the future. We get to understand where you are now, where you want to be in the future and identify all the goals along that timeline. Once we have this, we know how to support you, towards achieving your aspirations.

03
Develop a holistic financial plan
and investment strategy.

Financial advice is not simply about investing your money for future growth. It involves a full understanding of your current situation, possible future situations and tying that in with your goals. We need to make sure that your protection needs are reviewed, that short, medium and long-term aspirations are met, and that we look at taxational, and future planning considerations as well. It’s our job to combine all the information we have discussed, and make sure the plan we then present is the correct plan for you now and tomorrow so you can see your plans take shape.

04
Implementation of your chosen plan
with you and your family.

This is the fine-tuning element. Your adviser will sit with you and discuss all the options and advice we have given. Your adviser will make sure the advice suits you and that you understand why we are recommending this. It is the understanding and education that is key to fairer financial advice. You want to know why we are doing what we are doing and the choices we disregard and the reasons way. It is this understanding that really gives you empowerment over your finances into the future.

05
Review of your plan annually or at your discretion.

Life has a habit of throwing obstacles and opportunities at us. Your situation is not static and will change over the years. By holding regular meetings to review your investments with us and to view your overall financial situation, we can update any goals, review taxational changes and advise you on any areas that are flagged as needing attention.

06
Continued support and advice throughout.

We are not just here for one meeting a year - we are always available to talk about anything you need to cover off with us. So don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and call whenever you need to. We have a great support team who are always there to help.
